• Full Installations

  The Specialists at Viable Med have done over 100 installations of Hitachi^® MRI systems. All of our jobs are accurately completed with attention to detail, full calibration, magnet shimming and system tuning. Ensuring optimum image quality from your MRI system.

• Site Planning Assistance

  Telephone, email, remote planning, and consultation are FREE with any installation agreement.

• De-installations

  De-installations include system disassembly, with boxing and bubble wrapping of all parts and components to ensure safe transportation.

• Full Service Contracts

  Full service agreements include everything needed to keep your system running and image quality maximized.

  To keep your system running well with image quality maximized. 12 PM visits per year!

• All Inclusive Labor Only Contracts

  12 Preventive Maintenance visits per year, PLUS all troubleshooting, repair, calibration, tune-up, ACR assistance, and any and everything needed to keep your system running well with image quality maximized.

• ACR Assistance

  All assistance required to ensure ACR compliance. Including system evaluation and any minor adjustments, or calibrations needed to comply with ACR specifications (Shimming not included). ACR phantom scan training for your Technologists completed and ensured for accuracy.

• Magnet Shimming
   
  • Magnet Shimming

    Systems are shimmed to manufacturer specifications, with emphasis placed on getting the tightest shim possible for your magnet.
    
    NOTE: Standard shimming is all that is required on 95% of systems.

  • Course Shimming

    A small number of damaged or defective magnets may require intensive course shimming (similar to factory shims done during manufacturing). In these situations, we can course shim your magnet and then complete the standard shim to bring your magnet to its optimal level.

• System Evaluations (recommended before purchasing any used system)

  Complete evaluation of system performance and operation to manufacturer specifications. Identifiable defective parts, performance and adjustment inconsistencies, and overall system performance, will be thoroughly noted, described and listed in the final Site Evaluation Report provided to you.
